What do I get?

Cygenia will perform DNA isolation, bisulfite conversion, analysis of DNA-methylation levels, quality control and provide analysis reports.

Pricing is particularly dependent on sample numbers, preparation, and the numbers of assays to be analyzed.

Sample preparation and shipment

Analysis requires genomic DNA which can be shipped at room temperature. Alternatively, you can provide blood (fresh or frozen) or cell pellets.
