Samples are usually processed within two weeks. The DNA of your samples will be bisulfite converted (for technical reasons this should not be performed upfront), we will amplify the specific genomic regions by PCR, and we will measure the DNA methylation at specific CpG sites by pyrosequencing. You will receive all pyrograms of the measurements (each sample and each CpG site to be analyzed), EXCEL tables with the raw data, and a detailed analysis report (PDF) of the results. These results will be sent by Email. We can also assist in graphical presentation or statistical analysis if we have the necessary information on the samples. Alternatively, we can support your bioinformatic analysis of genome wide DNA methylation profiles.
